Upon successful completion of these projects and training, these professionals will be evaluated and certified as Lean Six Sigma Green Belts and Black Belts.

By working on real problems and learning how to apply the right tools at the right time is critical in developing problem solvers; not just learning how to use a software package. Our on-site coaching/mentoring ensures that our Six Sigma candidates receive a minimum of two half-day sessions for green belt training by one of our Master Black Belts. Black Belt candidates can receive up to three on-site half-day sessions.

For most of our Lean Six Sigma training classes, we partner with participating companies and these partner companies host the sessions on-site at their facilities. By training on-site, all students are able to see, feel and touch the problems their classmates are talking about during the training. Being able to visit the value stream for real problems and discussions accelerates the learning in a living laboratory.

We blend our classes during the basic DMAIC training, placing both Green and Black Belt candidates in the same room. This allows the Green Belt student to learn from their peers pursuing a Black Belt, as well as from the instructors.
